Evening of Music: HELP WANTED!!!

Mrs. Irvin is in need of a parent with a truck or van to help transport music stands, drum set and equipment to the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts around 3 PM on Tuesday, February 14. If you can help, please contact Sharon @ SSHAZ54@aol.com

DMHS BAND AND ORCHESTRA TO HOST AREA BAND FESTIVAL ON FEBRUARY 29th: We are hosting this competition at DMHS, so PARENTS and Students, Mrs. Irvin will need some help with the running of the day. There will be 16 High School Ensembles performing throughout the day and 3 house judges, and 2 clinic judges. The performance is open to parents and family. DMHS performances are at 1PM (Symphonic Orchestra) and 7PM (Wind Ensemble).

Calling all Band and Orchestra Parents!!! Help is still needed to host this festival. (link to volunteer positions)

If you can help, please contact Sharon at president@dmhsband.org. Shifts begin at 1:30 PM and run until 8 PM. Volunteer for a 2 hour shift or stay all day! Volunteers will be fed :-)

MARCHING BAND DVD'S are still available. Band Camp, competitions, and lots of photos of all our Marching Band students are included in this 2 disc dvd! The cost is $15.00, the value = priceless!! Orders received will be delivered to the Band Room for pick up. Link to place your order.

Fresh & Easy Shop for Schools Program (receipts due January 5th)

Save any Fresh & Easy receipt over $20 and drop it off in the special collection box in the Band Room. The Boosters receive $1 for every $20 spent.
