The itinerary,

form for the NAU Jazz
Festival was handed out
to Jazz I & II students.
This trip is 100% tax credit cleared.
Band Boosters are subsidizing the cost of this trip, which includes bus transportation, Festival fees, hotel, two breakfasts and Concert tickets.
The cost is $100, payable to DMHS, to be submitted to Mrs. Irvin.
Forms and payment
