each student. (Time saver: Band camp participants do not need to
submit the Information Sheet.)
2. Make
check payable to Desert
Mountain Band Boosters for
the total amount of dues. You may write one check for multiple
students. Please write your student name(s) on the check. You may
also pay online (click here).
3. Turn in
check and form(s) at an upcoming band event or mail to
