DMHS BAND AND ORCHESTRA TO HOST AREA CONCERT FESTIVAL ON FEBRUARY 29th:
 
   Calling all Band and Orchestra Parents!!! Help is needed to host this festival:
  • Parking lot -- direct the buses through the unload, parking and loading process
  • Backstage Manager -- direct the student helpers in setting up the stage changes (chairs and music stands) after each group's performance 
  • Check-in table -- check in the Band and Orchestra Directors as they get off the bus, collect their music to give to student runners, direct student runners

  • Concession stand --help sell goodies and possibly dinner at the concession stand near the stadium

  • Feed Judges and Volunteers -- serve snack and dinner

  • Tabulation Room -- help an experienced parent with scores and plaques

Shifts begin at 1:30 PM and run until 8 PM. Volunteer for a 2 hour shift or help all day!
